Payment Methods
Credit Card
Videos can be purchased by credit card (supported credit cards vary by country). Payment is done in US Dollars and it can appear on your credit card statement as “ccbill.com*DWW Productions” or “DWW Productions”.
You are billed once only for the amount displayed, there is no recurring billing.
Cryptocurrency
You can also pay using Bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies. Order processing by the cryptocurrency network can take 5 to 20 minutes typically. Please wait on the page, you will be redirected back to DWW once the payment processing is complete. Or wait for the confirmation email.
VAT and Sales Taxes
All prices displayed on the web site are final prices to the customer and include VAT and sales taxes where due. Gross price (including VAT) is constant for each product, VAT rate depends on the country of purchase and so net price (excluding VAT) depends on the country of purchase too. These variations on net price are absorbed by DWW, since we want our customers to enjoy wrestling videos without bothering about taxes and country-specific prices.
Downloading
When the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. This page contains the links for downloading your files. You will also receive an email with the same links (please check your Spam folder if you don’t see your order email within a few minutes).
After you place your order, you have 72 hours for downloading the video you purchased, by clicking on its name in the “Download” column. The expiration date is clearly displayed in the “Expires” column.
If you get a blank page with an error message saying “AccessDenied / Request has expired”, click again the download link on the DWW website.
Once a video is saved on your computer, you can watch it every time you want. Make sure you keep backup files of your video files. If you lose a video (e.g. you delete it by mistake, your hard drive breaks down or gets stolen, etc.) you will not be able to download it again and you’ll have to purchase a new copy.

File Formats
DWW video files usually play fine with most modern players across many platforms. If you have any problems playing videos, you can download and use VideoLAN, an excellent player.
Videos are encoded in H.264/AVC format in an MP4 container (also known as MPEG-4). Resolution varies from 320×240 25p for older videos to 1920×1080 50p for newer ones and it’s shown at the bottom of each product page.
