I suppose this message is directed at G.R.
Tried to log in today and found a message after failing that my account has been deleted. This is an account that I have kept as my master account for....two years maybe? And I have been a customer of yours for even longer than that.
All I wish to know is: what is the best way to recover my account (there were in fact 8 credits sitting on it), or short of that, to find out why it was deleted to begin with?
If the mistake is recognized and a new account is offered to me with those 8 credits, I will be appreciative, however, it would still mean losing the download history and the opportunity to leave reviews on the downloads I have not yet reviewed. Getting this particular account back would be my first wish.
Please help G.R.?
In the meantime, I will look at the DWW webby to see if there any obvious links for recourse. Thanks for your time!

A quick follow up:
I did look at the customer service section of the DWW website and found the Help Desk. Asking a question here requires my username and password....which are deleted, which means that I cannot use this option.
Clearly I'm not going to post my account details here openly, however I would be comfortable providing them in a private message here if an administrator wants them. I'm guessing that a link from my forum account is enough to track that info down though.

unfortunately you didn't read the help desk careful. It's very simple. you simply invent a user ID and a password and you should remember it. That's all. It's like your personal email account is secured by a user ID and a password and the reason is that nobody else can read our communication in the help desk than you and us. Simply submit a help desk message and we'll gladly answer you. Yes, the cancellation of your account has a good reason but it#s nothing that should be discussed in public.

you're welcome. when you open the help desk you see a menu tab on the left side (pink) of the screen and the last tab in the series of the help desk menu is the "About Helpdesk" link. Click it to learn how the help desk is working if you're having any problems.
