unfortunately I have no idea what the problem can be. Try to check if the mozilla plugin works properly:

I saw where someone else had this problem, but there were no posts describing how to correct the problem.
The clip window comes up OK when I put my login info in and the player window says "READY", but when I click the play arrow, it just sits there.

I use Mozilla Firefox and would prefer to stay with that browser since IE is more often attacked and hacked.

So can someone provide the steps needed to play the review clips when using Mozilla Firefox?

Whenever I attempt to download TRIB-0385 (Lucille vs Antonia), as soon as I hit the download button I get the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'RS_kk'

/login3.asp, line 216


It doesn't charge me credits, but it doesn't allow me to download the video, either.

So you can see I'm able to login, but everytime I click one of the download links I always get this message:

As you can see it tells me I would have entered a wrong code ... but there is no code to enter on the download page and the code before must have been accurate because I got to the download page.

I guess something is wrong with my account, because of the lines

"Your available Credits:  Credit"
(Really strange! Because there is no number of how many credit I got left ...)
"Account Owner: (nickname)"
(wtf?)

Sorry for the confusion.

What I meant to say was that the HD-test video is based on TRIB-0377 whereas the associated WM9 test video is based on TRIB-0378.

As they are from two different films, you may not have as clear a comparisson as having the same film in the two formats.

However, the HD video does show a much sharper image and looks fantastic.

Like you said GR, you will really notice the difference once you view it on a larger screen. Members that use their computers to view downloads, won't have a glaring difference, but when you expand it to larger sizes, it will quickly become apparent. And your advice is good GR, in that, save the HD for your "personal favs/gem". well, of course this isn't a different movie. It's just a better quality (quality is better than DVD) and you can watch it on a TV (when you have the right hardware). That's the only difference. Of course the match doesn't get any better in HD Big%20smile
It's just better visible.

That's why we have this system that you can download both WMV9 and HD. I would recommend watching HD only if it's worth for you and if you prefer excellent quality and if you liked the WMV9 download first. It makes no sense to download HD just to view how the match looks like and then being disappointed when you don't like the match. I would recommend to download HD only for those matches that you really already enjoyed in WMV9 format and that you want to watch on a HUGE (TV) screen in perfect quality (at least as good as it was the original). With that HD download you're getting a better picture than on DVD.

We believe that this is the best way to select the most favourite downloads in perfect quality for your collection, of course only then if the picture quality has any value for you.
 
Everybody will have to decide for himself whether or not he prefers HD downloads. At least nobody can complain about the download quality from now. Smile
